In a report published by Burning Glass, "seven million job openings in 2015 were in occupations which value coding skills." Programming jobs are exploding and companies are trying hard not only to attract talent but also retain them.

Deloitte has been in the news lately for revamping their company brand. They ditched their traditional performance review structure, for a more constant check in to fuel employees’ performance. And now they have turned to “Extreme Recruiting” to find tech candidates that not only fit the technical skills they are looking for, but fits in with their company culture.

Instead of going to job fairs and putting candidates through a long and drawn out interview process, their recruiters are attending hack-a-thons, codefests, and product showcases, interacting with prospective candidates, and handing out job offers on the spot. Fitting the process to the candidate, instead of fitting the candidate to the process is yielding better tech employees.

Are you looking to streamline your hiring process, cut down on cumbersome paperwork? SINGLEForm automates your process, freeing up your candidate and hiring manager to get back to work quicker.
