Reminder: New End of Year Reporting Deadlines

With the passage of the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, employers are now required to file forms W-2, and W-3 to the Social Security Administration by January 31. In the past, employers could file their forms as late as March, but this new legislation went into effect in attempts to stop tax fraud.
